摘要
采用碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料制备了母板,并对母板损伤微波修补后的拉伸性能进行研究,分析了微波功率、固化方法对修补后复合材料拉伸性能的影响。试验结果表明,母版损伤微波固化修补后,试验件的拉伸强度最高可恢复至完好母板的93.5%,与烘箱固化性能相当,合适的微波固化功率可以提升修补后的拉伸强度。
The parent structure was made by carbon fiber reinforced resin-based composites.The tensile performance of microwave repaired parent structure were studied,the influence of microwave equipment power,curing method were analyzed.The experimental results show that after microwave repair,the recov⁃ery of tensile strength of the damaged parent structure could reach 93.5%compare to parent structure,and the strength is similar with oven curing method.Appropriate microwave curing power can improve the ten⁃sile strength after repair.
