基于镀镍碳纤维的柔性仿生伪装材料及性能研究

摘要 随着现代战争中高清侦察和精准打击系统的持续进步,军事设施正在面对来自各个角度的立体化侦查威胁。为了增强关键军事设施的生存力和整体电磁防护以及伪装隐蔽能力,需要打破传统方法,广泛采用监视、防护和伪装等技术。当前,用于应对岛礁环境中关键军事设施的电磁防护和伪装需求的防护网类产品仍存在一些不足。为了解决这些问题,使用镀镍碳纤维作为雷达散射材料,设计出基于柔性草状结构的仿生草状伪装产品,以应对恶劣环境下的长期使用需求。通过对不同模型产品的模拟评估,得出具有优秀散射性的材料编织模型,且实物样品再次验证了其在雷达下的散射性,实现了在1~40 GHz频段范围内的宽频、高效防护性能。 As the high-resolution reconnaissance and precision strike systems in modern warfare continue to advance,military facilities are facing three-dimensional reconnaissance threats from multiple directions.In order to enhance the survivability and comprehensive electromagnetic protection and camouflage stealth capabilities of key military facilities,traditional methods were need to break away and technologies such as monitoring,shielding,and camouflage were widely adopted.Currently,the protective net products used to meet the electromagnetic protection and camouflage needs of key military facilities in island and reef envi⁃ronments still have some shortcomings.To address these issues,a biomimetic grass-like camouflage prod⁃uct was designed based on a flexible grass-like structure using nickel-plated carbon fiber as radar scatter⁃ing material,which can be used long-term in harsh environments.Through the simulation evaluation of dif⁃ferent model products,a material weaving model with excellent scattering properties was identified,and the physical sample verified its scattering properties under radar,achieving wide-frequency,high-efficiency protection performance within the 1~40 GHz range.
