深色有隔内生真菌联合植物修复土壤重金属污染

摘要 现代工业以及采矿等行业的发展使得大量重金属进入土壤,各种土壤重金属污染问题日益突出.土壤中超标的重金属会对生态环境造成严重影响,如何对其进行有效的治理,使其达到人地协调发展,是当今社会可持续发展的重要前提.深色有隔内生真菌是一类广泛生存于植物根系中的内生真菌,本文探讨了深色有隔内生真菌的分布特点和生态功能,分析归纳了重金属胁迫下,深色有隔内生真菌与植物协同调控土壤重金属的作用机制:吸附与螯合作用;抗氧化应激机制;重金属形态变化与分布.最后总结了深色有隔内生真菌联合植物在修复重金属污染土壤中的应用现状、前景以及新模式,为后期深色有隔内生真菌在重金属污染环境中的应用提供理论参考. Due to the development of modern industry,mining and other industries,a large number of heavy metals have entered the soil,and the pollution of various soil heavy metals has become increasingly prominent.Excessive heavy metals in the soil will cause serious impact on the ecological environment.How to effectively control them and achieve the coordinated development of human and land is an important prerequisite for the sustainable development of today's society.Dark septated endophytic fungi are a kind of endophytic fungi that widely exist in plant roots.This paper discusses the distribution characteristics and ecological functions of dark septated endophytic fungi,and analyzes and summarizes the mechanisms of dark septated endophytic fungi and plants in the coordinated regulation of soil heavy metals under heavy metal stress,including:adsorption and chelation,anti oxidative stress mechanism,morphological changes and distribution of heavy metals.Finally,this paper summarizes the application,prospects and new models of dark septate endophytes combined with plants in the remediation of heavy metal contaminated soils,providing a theoretical reference for the future application of dark septate endophytes in heavy metal contaminated environment.
