摘要
风险沟通是应对重大突发公共安全事件的重要途径之一。本研究以风险沟通理论为基础,通过对2022年上海疫情防控期间公众的访谈与问卷调查,研究重大突发公共安全事件中公众获取信息的工具与渠道、关注的信息类型、反映情况与表达意见的途径以及对政府信息发布质量的评价,并针对调查研究发现提出相应的对策与建议,以为中国各地政府改进风险沟通策略、赢得公众支持与配合、有效应对重大突发公共安全事件等方面提供参考和借鉴。
Risk communication is one of the important ways to respond to major public safety emergencies.This study is based on the theory of risk communication.Through interviews and questionnaire surveys with the public during the 2022 Shanghai epidemic,the tools and channels for the public to obtain information,the types of information they pay attention to,the ways to reflect and express opinions,and the evaluation of the quality of government information dissemination in major public safety emergencies were studied.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed based on the survey findings,providing reference and guidance for Chinese local governments to improve risk communication strategies,win public support and cooperation,and effectively respond to major public safety emergencies.
