摘要
大学生的专业认同会影响学习态度和就业意愿。本研究以上海师范大学天华学院旅游管理专业的学生为研究对象,以问卷调查和访谈为研究方法,研究旅游管理专业学生的专业认同。主要从专业心理认同、学习认同、配套资源认同以及就业前景认同4个方面研究学生的专业认同。根据学生认同现状提出相应对策,以提高学生的专业认同。研究结果不仅对上海师范大学天华学院旅游管理专业的发展有一定的借鉴作用,对于同类型的其他院校也有参考价值。
The professional identity of college students can affect their learning attitude and employment willingness.This study focuses on students majoring in Tourism Management at Tianhua College,Shanghai Normal University,using questionnaire surveys and interviews as research methods to investigate the professional identity of students majoring in Tourism Management.We mainly study students'professional identity from four aspects:professional psychological identity,learning identity,supporting resource identity,and employment prospect identity.Propose corresponding strategies based on the current situation of student identity to enhance their professional identity.The research results not only have certain reference value for the development of the Tourism Management major at Tianhua College of Shanghai Normal University,but also have reference value for other similar universities.
