调质态25Cr2Ni3Mo钢的高温拉伸性能和蠕变性能

High Temperature Tensile Property and Creep Behavior of Quenched-and-tempered 25Cr2Ni3Mo Steel

摘要 对25Cr2Ni3Mo钢锻坯进行了850℃油淬和640℃回火。随后检测了钢的的线膨胀量、平均线膨胀系数、高温拉伸性能和低周次高温蠕变性能。结果表明:在20~700℃,随着温度的升高,钢的线膨胀量先增大后降低再增大,平均线膨胀系数先增大后降低,在20~700℃的平均线膨胀系数最大;在250~550℃,随着温度的升高,钢的抗拉强度和屈服强度下降、塑性提高;在250℃以510 MPa的应力蠕变试验的蠕变曲线包含瞬时蠕变阶段、稳态蠕变阶段和加速蠕变阶段,而在550℃以270 MPa的应力蠕变试验的蠕变曲线仅有瞬时蠕变阶段和稳态阶段。 Forged stock of 25Cr2Ni3Mo steel was oil quenched from 850℃and tempered at 640℃.Subsequently,the steel was tested for linear expansion increment,average linear expansion coefficient,high temperature tensile properties and low cycle high temperature creep properties.The results showed that(a)in the temperature range of 20 to 700℃,as the temperature was increased,the steel increased at first and then decreased and increased again in linear expansion increment,and increased at first and then decreased in average linear expansion coefficient,as well as exhibited maximum average linear expansion coefficient in the temperature range of 20 to 700℃;(b)in the temperature range of 250 to 550℃,as the temperature was increased,the steel decreased in both tensile strength and yield strength,and increased in plasticity;and(c)the creep curve following from creep test which was performed at 250℃at stress of 510 MPa included instantaneous creep stage,steady-state stage and accelerated creep stage,and the creep curve following from creep test which was performed at 550℃at stress of 270 MPa presented instantaneous creep stage and steady-state stage alone.
