摘要
耐火材料的物理性能检测缺乏统一的标准物质,导致实验室无法把握结果的准确性。此次实验室间比对在阳泉地区开展,共有9家实验室参加,参加者数量较少。在没有标准物质且参加者数量较少的情况下,以高铝砖为比对样品,比对项目设置了显气孔率、荷重软化开始温度、Al2O3和Fe2O3共4项,采用Z比分数和测量误差法分别对比对结果进行统计和评价,分析了各比对项目有问题和不满意结果产生的原因,比较了2种评价方法及判定准则的优劣,有效验证了实验室间比对方法在耐火材料检测中应用的可行性和可靠性。
The physical performance testing of refractory materials lacks a unified standard material,resulting in the inability of laboratories to grasp the accuracy of the results.This inter-laboratory comparison was conducted in the Yangquan area,with a total of 9 laboratories participating and a relatively small number of participants.In the absence of standard material and with a small number of participants,high alumina bricks were used as comparison samples.Four comparison items were set up,including apparent porosity,refractoriness-under-load,Al2O3 and Fe2O3.The Z-score and measurement error methods were used to compare and evaluate the results.The reasons for the problems and unsatisfactory results of each comparison item were analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two evaluation methods and judgment criteria were compared,effectively verifying the feasibility and reliability of the inter-laboratory comparison method in refractory material testing.
