藜麦研究态势与发展趋势分析

摘要 通过分析2011-2022年间发表的关于藜麦研究的中英文文献,总结藜麦的研究态势和发展趋势。利用VOSviewer软件从宏观和微观2个层面对文献进行可视化分析。结果表明,宏观层面上对藜麦的研究涵盖了种质资源、遗传育种、栽培技术、加工利用、营养与功能、市场需求等多个方面。特别是在种质资源和遗传育种领域,研究显示藜麦具有极高的遗传多样性,为遗传改良和品种开发提供了丰富的基础。微观层面揭示了诸如营养成分、抗氧化剂、多肽等关键词的重要性。这些关键词不仅指向藜麦的营养价值,也暗示其在功能性食品开发中的潜力。未来应加大对藜麦种质资源的收集与保护工作,推进遗传育种技术的创新,优化栽培和加工方法,并深化市场需求与消费者偏好的研究。同时,加强遗传学、农业科学、食品科技等学科之间及行业之间的合作并增加科研投入,以实现藜麦产业的可持续发展和在全球食品产业中的创新潜能。 This study systematically analyzed the Chinese and English academic literature on quinoa research published between 2011 and 2022,aiming to reveal the dynamic changes and future development directions in quinoa studies.The VOSviewer software was utilized for visualizing the literature at both macro and micro levels.From a macro perspective,the field of quinoa research is extensive,covering various aspects such as germplasm resource assessment,genetic breeding techniques,cultivation management strategies,processing methods,nutritional component analysis,and market demand surveys.Notably,in the realms of germplasm resources and genetic breeding,the research indicates that quinoa possesses significant genetic diversity,providing a valuable gene pool for variety improvement and new variety development.Micro-level analysis has highlighted keywords such as nutritional components,antioxidant properties,and polypeptides,reflecting not only the nutritional characteristics of quinoa but also its great potential in the development of functional foods.In terms of future trends,it is recommended to strengthen the collection,conservation,and evaluation of quinoa germplasm resources,promote innovative development in genetic breeding technologies,and optimize quinoa cultivation management and processing techniques.Furthermore,interdisciplinary collaboration,especially synergy among genetics,agricultural science,food technology,and other related fields,along with integrated cooperation between academia and industry,will contribute to enhancing the overall competitiveness and sustainable development of the quinoa industry,and realizing its innovative potential in the global food industry.
