摘要
延安时期,中国共产党把开展法治宣传作为一项重要的工作,采取的策略有各类剧团演出,开展读报活动,办黑板报、壁报,公开审理案件,用通俗化的文学作品传递法治理念等。其特点是强调法治意识,普及法律知识,强调公平正义,保障妇女权益,党纪司法并重。延安时期法治宣传实践的启示是:强化党的领导和法治精神,坚持马克思主义法律观与中国实践相结合,加强法治宣传与教育,推进廉政法制建设。
In order to strengthen the leadership of the Party and the spirit of the rule of law,the CPC carried out the rule of law publicity during the Yan'an period as its important task.Strategies such as performances by various theatre troupes,newspaper reading activities,blackboards and posters,public hearings of law cases,and the use of popular literature were carried out by CPC and they were characterized by an emphasis on awareness of the rule of law,popularization of legal knowledge,emphasis on fairness and justice,protection of women’s rights and interests,and equal emphasis on party discipline and justice.
