摘要
智慧医疗是多种新兴技术在医学领域的高度整合及有效应用的成果。然而,智慧医疗在实际应用中仍存在伦理问题。通过规范和平衡科技与人文的关系,充分发挥智慧医疗的优势,为国民谋福祉,成为亟待解决的课题。该研究围绕智慧医疗的数据智能展开研究,重点分析其存在的伦理问题,并提出相应的适应性治理策略,为我国智慧医疗的实际应用提供参考。
Smart healthcare is the achievement of high integration and effective application of a variety of emerging technologies in the medical field.However,there are still ethical issues in practical application of smart healthcare.It has become an urgent issue to give full play to the advantages of smart healthcare for the well-being of the people through standardizing and seeking the balance between science and technology and humanity.This study focuses on the data intelligence of smart healthcare,analyzes the existing ethical issues,and proposes corresponding adaptive governance strategies,hoping to provide some reference for practical application of smart healthcare in China.
