摘要
目的探讨苏黄止咳胶囊对社区获得性肺炎(CAP)患者症状消失时间及肺功能的影响。方法择取2021年10月至2023年10月萍乡矿业集团有限责任公司总医院收治的CAP患者82例,用随机数字表法分成研究组、对照组,每组41例。对照组予盐酸氨溴索治疗,研究组于上述治疗上加用苏黄止咳胶囊。对比两组疗效,症状消失时间,肺功能与炎症反应,以及不良反应。结果研究组临床有效率、用力肺活量(FVC)、最大呼气中段流量(MMF)、用力呼吸容积(FEV1)均较对照组高,咳嗽、肺部湿啰音、发热与咳痰消失时间均较对照组短,降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)与白介素-6(IL-6)均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应发生。结论苏黄止咳胶囊用于CAP治疗疗效确切,能减轻患者炎症反应,改善肺功能,促症状消失,且无明显不良反应发生。
Objective To explore the effect of suhuang zhike capsules on the time of symptom disappearance and lung function of patients with community-acquired pneumonia(CAP).Methods Eighty-two patients with CAP admitted to General Hospital of Pingxiang Mining Group Co.from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into a study group and a control group using the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride,the study group was treated with suhuang zhike capsules on basis of the above treatment,and the two groups were compared in terms of efficacy,symptom disappearance time,lung function,inflammatory response and adverse effects.Results The clinical efficiency,FVC,MMF and FEV1 of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the time of disappearance of cough,pulmonary wet rales,fever and cough and sputum were shorter than those of the control group,and PCT,IL-6 and CRP were lower than those of the control group,which were statistically different(P<0.05).No significant adverse effects were observed in either group.Conclusion The efficacy of suhuang zhike capsules in the treatment of CAP is accurate,which can reduce the inflammatory reaction of patients,improve lung function,and promote the disappearance of symptoms without significant adverse reactions.
