摘要
目的探讨益母草颗粒联合优思悦对人工流产术后月经不调患者月经恢复情况及性激素水平的影响。方法择取2022年6月至2023年6月在新余矿业医院就诊的89例人工流产术后月经不调患者,随机分成试验组(n=44)、对照组(n=45)。对照组人工流产术后予优思悦治疗,试验组予益母草颗粒联合优思悦治疗,对比两组性激素水平、炎症反应、月经恢复情况及不良反应发生情况。结果两组治疗后雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)均上升,促卵泡生成素(FSH)和促黄体生成素(LH)均下降,且试验组E2、P较对照组高,FSH、LH较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后白介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和IL-8水平均下降,且试验组IL-6、CRP和IL-8水平较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组月经复潮时间较对照组短,复潮量减少发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应率比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益母草颗粒和优思悦联用于人工流产术后月经不调治疗中,可调节性激素水平,降低炎症反应,促进月经恢复正常,且安全性较好。
Objective To investigate the effects of motherwort granules combined with yousiyue on menstrual recovery and sex hormone levels in patients with irregular menstruation after induced abortion.Methods A total of 89 patients with irregular menstruation after abortion in Xinyu Mining Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into experimental group(n=44)and control group(n=45).The control group was treated with yousiyue after abortion,and the experimental group were treated with motherwort granules combined with yousiyue.The sex hormone levels,inflammatory response,menstrual recovery and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)increased,follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)decreased,and E2 and P in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and FSH and LH were lower than those in control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)and IL-8 in both groups were decreased,and the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The period of menstruation in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of decreased menstruation volume was lower than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the ratio of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of motherwort granules combined yousiyue in the treatment of irregular menstruation after induced abortion can regulate the level of sex hormone,reduce the inflammatory response,and promote the return of normal menstruation,with good safety.
