摘要
目的:探讨与分析超声连续节段顺序扫查法在新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎(Necrotizing enterocolitis of newborn)的诊断价值。方法:采用回顾性研究方法选择2019年7月~2023年5月在本院诊治的新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎81例作为研究对象,根据随机掷硬币原则将81例患儿分为超声组41例与X射线组40例。X射线组给予腹部X射线检查,超声组给予超声连续节段顺序扫查检查,记录两组的影像学特征并判断诊断价值。结果:超声组的肠壁增厚、腹腔积液、门静脉积气、肠壁积气等检出率分别为60.98%、82.93%、87.80%、68.29%,X射线组分别为35.00%、37.50%、35.00%、35.00%,超声组显著高于X射线组(P<0.05)。超声组的检查准确率为97.56%,X射线组为77.50%,超声组的检查准确率显著高于X射线组(P<0.05)。结论:相对于腹部X射线平片检查,超声连续节段顺序扫查法在新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎的应用能促进检出肠壁增厚、腹腔积液、门静脉积气、肠壁积气,提高患儿疾病的检查准确率,有很好的应用价值。
Objective:To explore and analysis the diagnostic value of continuous segmental sequential ultrasound scanning in neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis.Methods:Used a retrospective study,81 cases of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis treated at a certain hospital from July 2019 to May 2023 were selected.Accorded to the principle of random coin toss,81 children were divided into 41 in the ultrasound group and 40 in the X-ray group.The X-ray group was given abdominal X-ray examination,while the ultrasound group was given continuous segmental sequential ultrasound examination.The imaging features of both groups were recorded and the diagnostic value was determined.Results:The detection rates of intestinal wall thickening,abdominal fluid accumulation,portal vein gas accumulation,and intestinal wall gas accumulation in the ultrasound group were 60.98%,82.93%,87.80%,and 68.29%,respectively,while those in the X-ray group were 35.00%,37.50%,35.00%,and 35.00%,respectively that the ultrasound group were significantly higher than the X-ray group(P<0.05).The accuracy of the ultrasound group was 97.56%,while the X-ray group was 77.50%.The accuracy of the ultrasound group was significantly higher than that of the X-ray group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compares with abdominal X-ray plain film examination,the application of ultrasound continuous segmental sequential scanning method in neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis can promote the detection of intestinal wall thickening,abdominal fluid accumulation,portal vein gas accumulation,and intestinal wall gas accumulation,improve the accuracy of pediatric disease examination,and have good practical value.
