摘要
目的:分析迈瑞DC-75超声仪在脑梗性颈动脉狭窄患者诊断中的应用价值。方法:将2020年9月~2023年9月本院接收的脑梗死性颈动脉狭窄患者81例作为本次观察对象,另将80例健康志愿者作为本次研究对象,均采取迈瑞DC-75超声仪,分析迈瑞DC-75超声仪诊断准确性(灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值)、颈动脉斑块(单发、多发、无斑块)、斑块分布(颈动脉起始处、颈动脉主干、颈动脉窦)、斑块分型(钙化斑块、纤维型斑块、脂质斑块、复合型斑块)。结果:81例脑梗性颈动脉狭窄,为阳性,另80例为阴性;迈瑞DC-75超声仪检出80例脑梗性颈动脉狭窄患者,为真阳性,1例假阴性,79例真阴性,1例假阳性,迈瑞DC-75超声仪灵敏度为98.7%,特异度为98.8%,阴性预测值为98.8%,阳性预测值为98.7%;迈瑞DC-75超声仪检出单发22例(27.2%),多发37例(45.7%),无斑块21例(25.9%),迈瑞DC-75超声仪检出位于颈动脉起始处25例(30.9%),位于颈动脉主干34例(42.0%),颈动脉窦21例(25.9%),迈瑞DC-75超声仪检出钙化斑块15例(18.5%),纤维型斑块21例(25.9%),脂质斑块15例(18.5%),复合型斑块29例(35.8%)。结论:迈瑞DC-75超声仪在脑梗性颈动脉狭窄中具有较高的诊断准确率,可帮助临床检出斑块分布情况,是否为多发等,医师能够根据迈瑞DC-75超声仪检查结果评估疾病病情,对后续治疗方案的决定有重要作用。
Objective:To analyze the application value of Mindray DC-75 ultrasound in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction carotid artery stenosis.Methods:81 patients with cerebral infarction related carotid artery stenosis admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the observation subjects,and 80 healthy volunteers were selected as the research subjects.The Mindray DC-75 ultrasound instrument was used to analyze the diagnostic accuracy(sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value),carotid artery plaques(single,multiple,no plaques),plaque distribution(carotid artery origin,carotid artery trunk,carotid sinus),and plaque classification(calcified plaque,fibrous plaque,lipid plaque,composite plaque)of the Mindray DC-75 ultrasound instrument.Results:81 cases of cerebral infarction related carotid artery stenosis were positive,while another 80 cases were negative;The Mindray DC-75 ultrasonic instrument detected 80 patients with cerebral infarction related carotid artery stenosis,with true positive,1 false negative,79 true negative,and 1 false positive.The sensitivity,specificity,negative predictive value,and positive predictive value of the Mindray DC-75 ultrasonic instrument were 98.7%,98.8%,98.8%,and 98.7%,respectively;The Mindray DC-75 ultrasound detected 22 cases(27.2%)of single lesions,37 cases(45.7%)of multiple lesions,and 21 cases(25.9%)of no plaques.The Mindray DC-75 ultrasound detected 25 cases(30.9%)located at the beginning of the carotid artery,34 cases(42.0%)located in the main carotid artery,21 cases(25.9%)located in the carotid sinus,15 cases(18.5%)of calcified plaques,21 cases(25.9%)of fibrous plaques,15 cases(18.5%)of lipid plaques,and 29 cases(35.8%)of complex plaques.Conclusion:Mindray DC-75 ultrasound instrument has a high diagnostic accuracy in cerebral infarction carotid artery stenosis,which can help clinical detection of plaque distribution,whether it is multiple,etc.Doctors can evaluate the disease condition according to the examination res
