摘要
新时代背景下民族地区的教育对教师职业能力提出了新的要求,提升民族地区师范生的职业能力可以有效改变民族地区教育师资水平,助力乡村振兴的快速推进。作为民族地区的高校理应承担起培育符合新时代要求的师范生的责任。因此,以现代教育技术课程为例,探讨在课程思政理念下民族地区高校师范生的职业能力提升策略。提出以厘清课程教学目标、教学手段多样化、结合社会需求、发挥学生主体作用、采用多元评价为路径,把课程思政理念融入教学、深挖课程思政元素、构建主导主体教学模式、优化教学评价等策略提高民族地区高校师范生的职业能力,为民族地区培养适合社会需求的未来教师。
In the new era,education in ethnic areas has laid down new requirements for professional skills of teachers,and improving professional skills of normal students in ethnic areas can effectively improve the level of education and the quality of teachers,and quickly promote the rural revitalization in eth⁃nic areas.Universities in ethnic minority area should naturally undertake the task of educating normal stu⁃dents who can satisfy the requirements of the new era.Therefore,with the course of modern educational technology as an example,this paper explores the strategies of improving the vocational skills of normal college students in ethnic areas from the perspective of ideological and political education in this course.It proposes that the teaching objectives should be clarified,the teaching methods should be diversified,the social needs should be taken into account,the students should play a major role,and diverse evalua⁃tion approaches should be adopted,the concept of ideological and political education should be incorpo⁃rated in course teaching and ideological and political elements should be explored in depth,the leading major teaching approach should be developed,and the teaching evaluation methods should be optimized,so that normal college students can be effectively improved in their vocational skills and are qualified to be future teachers meeting the social needs in ethnic minority areas.
