摘要
体育科普是我国科技创新战略的重要组成部分,高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务,新时代体育科普高质量发展是落实全民健身计划,实现体育强国建设伟大目标的重要方式与途径。通过文献资料法和逻辑分析法,明确新时代体育科普高质量发展内涵特征和动力机制,进一步探究体育科普高质量发展的实践桎梏和推进策略。经研究发现,新时代体育科普高质量发展内容要素包含体育科普政策、人才、环境、技术、文化、项目五个方面,同时新时代体育科普面临体育科普观念初步形成,体育科普专业人才单一,体育科普政策法规粗化,体育科普技术尚待完善,体育科普产业融合不足,体育科普体系仍未构建等实践桎梏。为进一步推动新时代体育科普高质量发展,要深科普观念、育科普人才、细科普政策,融现代科技、推科普产业、构科普体系、弘优秀文化。
Sports science popularization is an important component of China's scientific and technological innovation strategy.High quality development is the primary task of comprehensively building a socialist modernized country.In the new era,high-quality development of sports science popularization is an important way and means to implement the national fitness plan and achieve the great goal of building a sports powerhouse.Through the methods of literature review and logical analysis,clarify the connotation characteristics and driving mechanisms of high-quality development of sports science popularization in the new era,and further explore the practical constraints and promotion strategies of high-quality development of sports science popularization.Through researches,it has been found that the elements of high-quality development of sports science popularization in the new era include sports science popularization policies,talents,environment,technology,culture,and projects.At the same time,sports science popularization in the new era is facing practical constraints such as the initial formation of sports science popularization concepts,a single professional talent in sports science popularization,the coarsening of sports science popularization policies and regulations,the lack of improvement in sports science popularization technology,insufficient integration of sports science popularization industry,and the lack of construction of sports science popularization system.To further promote the high-quality development of sports science popularization in the new era,it is necessary to deepen the concept of science popularization,cultivate science popularization talents,refine science popularization policies,integrate modern technology,promote science popularization industry,construct a science popularization system,and promote excellent culture.
