摘要
政治文化是人们长久以来在社会生活中所形成的政治心理、政治价值观和政治心理的总和,是政治中的主观因素,属于“意识”的范畴,对政治现实有着巨大的能动作用。政治文化塑造与党的作风建设密切相关。党的作风建设使得党始终保持着革命性、纯洁性、先进性,创设出良好的政治生态,推进了政治文化的发展。而政治文化的发展提升了民众的民主政治水平,这又对党的建设提出了更高的要求。正是因为党的作风建设与政治文化塑造相互影响、互相促进、协调发展,才产生出巨大的政治能量,推动革命进程,实现政治目标。
Political culture is the sum of political psychology,values,and psychology that people have formed in social life for a long time.It is a subjective factor in politics and belongs to the category of"consciousness".It has a huge active role in political reality.The shaping of political culture is closely related to the construction of the Party's work style.The construction of the Party's style has always kept the Party revolutionary,pure and progressiveness,created a good political ecology,and promoted the development of political culture.The development of political culture has elevated the democratic political level of the people,which in turn puts higher demands on the construction of the Party.It is precisely because the construction of the Party's work style and the shaping of political culture mutually influence,promote,and coordinate development that enormous political energy is generated to promote the revolutionary process and achieve political goals.
