摘要
探讨儿童在不同体质量指数(BMI)下身体素质的差异以及体质量指数与身体素质的相关性,为低体重或超重、肥胖儿童制定干预措施提供理论依据。方法:根据《国家学生体质健康标准(2014年修订)》(小学3年级)BMI分级状况将324名儿童分为正常组、低体重组和超重+肥胖组,并对其进行肺活量、50m跑、坐位体前屈、一分钟仰卧起坐及一分钟跳绳等指标测试。结果:单因素方差分析结果显示,在男生身体素质指标中,超重+肥胖组的肺活量显著高于正常组(P<0.05);超重+肥胖组的坐位体前屈、仰卧起坐显著低于正常组(P<0.05);50m跑和一分钟跳绳无显著性差异;在女生身体素质指标中,肺活量低体重组显著低于正常组(P<0.05);超重+肥胖组一分钟仰卧起坐显著低于正常组(P<0.05),50m跑、坐位体前屈和一分钟跳绳无显著性差异。Pearson相关系数分析结果显示,男生跳绳与BMI呈显著负相关(r=-0.157,P=0.039);女生肺活量与BMI呈显著正相关(r=0.177,P=0.029),一分钟仰卧起坐与BMI呈显著负相关(r=-0.172,P=0.035)。结论:儿童超重、肥胖率仍处于持续上升阶段,且正常组身体素质指标优于体重低下组和超重+肥胖组;男生跳绳、女生肺活量及一分钟仰卧起坐与BMI具有相关性。
To explore the differences in physical fitness of children under different body mass index(BMI)and the correlation between BMI and physical fitness,providing theoretical basis for the development of intervention measures with low weight,overweight,and obese children.The methods are as followed,324 children were divided into a normal group,a low body weight group,and an overweight+obesegroup based on the BMI grading status of the National Physical Health Standards for Students(revised 2014)for Grade 3 of primary school,and were tested for indicators such as lung capacity,50m running,seated forward bending,one-minute sit-ups,and one-minute rope skipping.The results are as followed,the one-way analysis of variance showed that in male physical fitness indicators,the lung capacity of the overweight+obese group was significantly higher than that of the normal group(P<0.05);the seated position flexion and sit-ups of the overweight+obesity group were significantly lower than those of the normal group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between 50m running and one-minute rope skipping;in the physical fitness indicators of female students,low lung capacity and body weight were significantly lower than those of the normal group(P<0.05);The one-minute sit-ups in the overweight and obese group were significantly lower than those in the normal group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in 50m running,seated forward bending,and one-minute rope skipping.The Pearson correlation coefficient analysis results show that there is a significant negative correlation between male rope skipping and BMI(Ir=-0.157,P=0.039);there is a significant positive correlation between lung capacity and BMI in female students(r=0.177,P=0.029),and a significant negative correlation between one-minute sit-ups and BMI(r=-0.172,P=0.035).The conclusion is thatthe rates of overweight and obesity in children are continuously increasing,and the physical fitness indicators of the normal group are better than those of the underweight group and
