远距离交流转辙机道岔控制电路轨旁设置方案研究

摘要 针对三相交流转辙机道岔控制电缆间分布式电容值随道岔控制距离变长而增大,电容累积导致道岔表示电路室外X1断线,引发表示继电器无法落下故障的问题,通过分析得出线缆传输距离是影响电缆间分布式电容值的主要因素,提出将远距离交流转辙机道岔控制电路移设于轨旁控制箱的方案,以达到缩短道岔控制电缆长度,消除道岔表示电路受电缆间分布电容耦合作用带来不利影响的目的,确保道岔控制电路的正确性和准确性。该方案一方面相较于设置独立线路所,可大大降低建设成本;另一方面,道岔控制电路维持现有五线制道岔控制原理,轨旁控制箱技术条件和安装方式参考成熟的远程地面电子单元等室外控制设备,符合安全适应、先进成熟、经济合理的信号设计原则。研究结果表明,该方案可在工程中优先采用。 Aiming at the fact that the distributed capacitance between the turnout control cables of the three-phase AC switch machine increases with the length of the turnout control distance,and the capacitance accumulation leading to the disconnection of X1 outside the turnout indication circuit,which causes the fault that the indication relay does not fall,the transmission distance of the cable is the main factor affecting the distributed capacitance value between the cables through analysis.A scheme is proposed to move the turnout control circuit of the long-distance AC switch machine to the trackside control box,so as to shorten the turnout control cable,eliminate the adverse effects of the distributed capacitance coupling between the cables on the switch indication circuit,and ensure the correctness and accuracy of the switch control circuit.On the one hand,compared with the setting of independent line stations,the construction cost can be greatly reduced.On the other hand,the turnout control circuit maintains the existing five-wire turnout control principle,and the technical conditions and installation methods of the trackside control box refer to the mature remote Lineside Electronic Unit(LEU)and other outdoor control equipment,which conforms to the signal design principles of safety adaptation,advanced and mature,and economic and reasonable.The research results shows that this scheme can be preferentially adopted in engineering.
