摘要
培养拔尖创新人才是一项重要的国家战略。从社会发展来看,无论基础学科还是交叉学科,其人才培养都瞄向拔尖与创新。培养具有创新意识、创新思维、创新能力的拔尖人才是社会变革的需求,也是新时代的召唤。培养新闻传播人才的拔尖创新是高等教育进入高质量发展阶段的内在要求,从“量的累积”到“质的提升”之演化,诠释了其中的转变规律。时至今日,重提人才培养的拔尖创新是教育面对“智媒”挑战的积极回应“,智媒”颠覆原来的育人模式,重构人才培养的新范式。跨界与协同创新决定了新闻传播人才培养的“广度”和“厚度”,基于跨界横向延展的拔尖创新则确立了人才培养的“高度”和“硬度”。
Training top-notch innovative talents is an important national strategy,from the perspective of social development,regardless of basic disciplines or interdisciplinary disciplines,their talent training is aimed at top-notch and innovative.Training top-notch talents with innovative consciousness,innovative think-ing and innovative ability is the demand of social change and the call of the new era.The cultivation of top-notch innovation of journalism and communication talents is the inherent requirement for higher education to enter the stage of high-quality development,and the evolution from“quantity accumulation”to“quality im-provement”explains the transformation law.Today,the emphasis on top-of-the-line innovation in talent train-ing is a positive response to the challenge of“intelligent media”,which subverts the original education mod-el and reconstructs the new paradigm of talent training.Cross-border and collaborative innovation determine the“breadth”and“thickness”of journalism and communication talent training,and the top-notch innovation based on cross-border horizontal extension establishes the“height”and“hardness”of talent training.
