摘要
在党的二十大报告关于“中国式现代化”科学阐释与系统定位的背景下,乡村不仅是中国由传统向现代转型进程中的重要场域,也是中国式现代化的有机组成部分。围绕着中国式乡村现代化建设的政治经济实践中,中国共产党以实现“人的自由全面发展”为价值使命,将探求乡村现代化的时代命题与满足人民群众的时代需要相结合,从站起来时代立足人民对“生存”需要的迫切期盼,以“政治—经济”的双重解放奠定了中国式乡村现代化道路的生长基点;到富起来时代立足人民对“生活”需要的热切期望,以“赋权-脱贫”的改革实践锚定了中国式乡村现代化道路的生发进路;再到强起来时代立足人民对“美好生活”需要的真切期待,以“全面-共富”的振兴理路确定了中国式乡村现代化道路的生成逻辑。这一以满足人民的时代需要为本位探求乡村现代化的实践探索,不仅彰显了中国式现代化独特的“人民性”意蕴,更体现了其争取民族独立、人民解放和实现国家富强、人民幸福的历史使命。
In the context of the scientific interpretation and systematic positioning of“Chinese path to modernization”in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,countryside is not only an important field in the process of China's transition from tradition to modernity,but also an organic part of Chinese path to modernization.In the political and economic practice surrounding the construction of Chinese path to rural modernization,the Communist Party of China takes“the free and all-round development of human beings”as its value mission,combining the era proposition of rural modernization with the era needs of the people,and basing on the people's urgent desire for“survival”from the era of standing up,the double liberation of“politics and economy”laid the growth base of the Chinese path to rural modernization,and the era of prosperity was based on the people's ardent expectation of“life”needs,the reform practice of“empowerment-poverty alleviation”anchors the birth path of the Chinese path to rural modernization,and the era of strength is based on the people's genuine expectation of the need for“a better life”,the“all-around-common prosperity”theory determines the generation logic of the Chinese path to rural modernization.This practical exploration of rural modernization based on meeting the needs of the people's times not only reveals the unique“people-oriented nature”of Chinese path to modernization,it also embodies its historical mission of striving for national independence,people's liberation and realizing the prosperity of the country and people's happiness.
