医学可视化技术联合CBL教学法在《口腔解剖生理学》中的探索

摘要 医学本科高等院校对专业人才培养的要求越来越高,口腔医学作为一门对临床操作技能要求极高的学科,更注重培养学生的岗位胜任力。《口腔解剖生理学》课程内容的学习能为以后的临床课程奠定基础,医学可视化技术联合以案例为基础的教学(case-based learning,CBL)应用到口腔医学本科《口腔解剖生理学》课程教学中,能够帮助学生直观地理解牙体及口腔颌面外科解剖知识,提早接触临床病例可培养口腔医学生实践技能,深刻理解解剖知识的临床意义。笔者从该教学模式流程设计、具体的课程章节模块设计2个方面系统阐述其实施方法,结合实际提出了该模式的预期教学效果以及不足之处。医学可视化技术联合CBL教学法可以在教学实践中相互补充,形成完整的教学闭环,达到提高教学效果的目的,还可以提高学生理解能力和自主思考能力,也是贯彻德智体美劳全面发展的教育方针的新模式。 Medical colleges and universities have higher and higher requirements for professional personnel training,and stomatology,as a subject with high requirements for clinical operation skills,pays more attention to training students'post competence.The study of Oral Anatomy and Physiology can establish a foundation for future clinical courses.The application of medical visualization technology combined with case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in Oral Anatomy and Physiology for undergraduate students in stomatology can help students intuitively understand the anatomy of dental and maxillofacial surgery.Close contact with clinical cases can develop practical skills in stomatology students and provide insight into the clinical implications of anatomical knowledge.The author systematically expounds the implementation method of the teaching mode from two aspects of process design and specific course chapter or module design and puts forward the expected teaching effect and shortcomings of the mode combined with the practice.Medical visualization technology combined with CBL teaching method can complement each other in teaching practice,form a complete teaching closed loop,achieve the purpose of improving teaching effect,but also can improve students'understanding ability and independent thinking ability,and is also a new mode to carry out the comprehensive development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics and labor education policy.
