摘要
以MO-YOLOX模型为依据,介绍一种带式输送机异物检测系统开发方案。该系统主要由登录模块、管理模块、检测模块与图像管理模块构成,在各模块及MO-YOLOX模型的配合下,其可较为准确地检测煤炭中是否存在铁块、树枝等异物,提升煤炭输送质量,防止煤炭资源中夹杂异物对输送机皮带造成损伤。
Based on the MO-YOLOX model,this paper introduce the development program of a foreign object detection system for belt conveyor.The system is mainly composed of a login module,a management module,a detection module and an image management module.With the cooperation of the modules and the MO-YOLOX model,the system can accurately detect the presence of foreign objects such as iron blocks and tree branches in the coal,improve the quality of coal transportation,and prevent the damage to the conveyor belt caused by the intermingling of foreign objects in the coal resour.
