有机过氧化物反应热的危险性预测分析

摘要 有机过氧化物在工业生产中作用日益重要,在明显提升效率的同时,也带来了一些不利影响,给人员及环境带来较大危险。现有文献多是从定性的角度进行分析,定量分析较少,本文针对这一问题开展研究,通过科学方法对有机过氧化物反应热的危险性进行预测分析。在进行理论分析的基础上,通过合适的模拟实验,使用定性分析与定量分析、理论分析与实验数据分析相结合的方法,对有机过氧化物反应热的危险性进行科学研究。通过进行150次重复实验,发现在最初阶段释放的热量随着反应的进程不断增大,但在增大到一定程度后,会出现增长缓慢,直至停滞甚至减少的现象。工作实践中可以利用有机过氧化物反应热释放的拐点,进行干预,从而最大程度取得提高产量与降低危险的平衡。 Organic peroxides play an increasingly important role in industrial production,and while significantly improving efficiency,they also bring some adverse effects,bringing greater risks to people and the environment.Most of the existing literature is from the qualitative point of view of analysis,quantitative analysis is less,this paper aims at this problem,through scientific methods to predict the risk of organic peroxide reac-tion heat analysis.On the basis of theoretical analysis,through appropriate simulation experiments,using qualitative analysis and quantitative anal-ysis,theoretical analysis and experimental data analysis,the risk of organic peroxide reaction heat is scientifically studied.Through 150 repeated ex-periments,it is found that the heat released in the initial stage continues to increase with the process of the reaction,but after increasing to a certain extent,it will grow slowly until it stops or even decreases.In working practice,the inflection point of the organic peroxide reaction heat release can be used to intervene,so as to maximize the balance between increasing yield and reducing risk.
