摘要
氨基吡啶类化合物是重要的有机化工中间体,在农药、医药和高分子及材料等领域有广泛的应用,因此对氨基吡啶类化合物的合成研究非常有意义。以烟酰胺为原料,经霍夫曼降解、氨基保护、硝化、氨基脱保护以及氢化等反应合成目标化合物,并经MS和1H NMR对其结构进行确证。本合成路线原料廉价且易得,反应条件简单,是适合工业化生产的新方法。
Aminopyridine compounds are important organic chemical intermediates,which were widely used in pesticides,pharmaceuticals,polymers and materials.Therefore,the research on the synthesis of aminopyridine compounds is of great significance.The approach to synthesize the target compound was introduced,which was realized and manufactured from niacinamide through Hoffman degradation,amino protection,nitrification,amino deprotection and hydrogenation reactions.Its structure was confirmed by MS and 1H NMR.This synthetic route is a new method suitable for industrial production,but also the raw materials are inexpensive and readily available.
