摘要
目的:分析四维盆底超声联合二维超声对盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)的诊断价值。方法:选取郴州市第三人民医院2021年1月—2022年4月收治的疑似盆底功能障碍性疾病患者64例为研究对象,均接受二维超声诊断和四维盆底超声诊断,以临床综合检查为“金标准”,对比两项诊断方式的诊断价值和疾病检出情况。结果:联合诊断方式的诊断价值高于二维超声(P<0.001);联合诊断膀胱脱垂、子宫脱垂、直肠膨出检出率高于二维超声(P<0.05)。结论:四维盆底超声联合二维超声不仅有助于提高PFD诊断率,还能对不同类型的PFD进行有效识别,为临床治疗提供参考。
Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of four dimensional pelvic floor ultrasound combined with two dimensional ultrasound in pelvic floor dysfunction diseases(PFD).Methods:Sixty-four patients with suspected pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to Chenzhou Third People's Hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and all of them received two dimensional and four dimensional ultrasound diagnosis.Clinical comprehensive examination was used as the"gold standard"to compare the diagnostic value and disease detection of the two diagnostic methods.Results:The diagnostic value of combined diagnosis was higher than that of two dimensional ultrasound(P<0.001);the detection rates of bladder prolapse,uterine prolapse and rectocele in combined diagnosis were higher than those of two-dimensional ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion:Four dimensional pelvic floor ultrasound combined with two dimensional ultrasound not only helps to improve the diagnosis rate of PFD,but also can effectively identify different types of PFD,and provide reference for clinical treatment.
