摘要
目的:观察四子散药熨法护理预防混合痔术后便秘的效果。方法:选取2022年2月—2023年12月广州中医药大学顺德医院收治的60例混合痔术后患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组行常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上采用四子散药熨法护理。对比两组便秘发生情况、术后排便情况及护理满意度。结果:试验组便秘发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038);术后第2、3、5天,试验组排便困难、粪便性状、排便时间、肛门坠胀感、排便频率、腹胀评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.020)。结论:四子散药熨法护理在混合痔术后的应用效果较好,可以预防便秘,改善排便情况,提高患者的满意度。
Objective:To observe the effect of Sizi powder ironing on nursing and preventing postoperative constipation of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:Sixty patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated in Shunde Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with thirty cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received Sizi powder ironing nursing based on the control group.The occurrence of constipation,postoperative defecation and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of constipation in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038);on the 2nd,3rd and 5th day after surgery,the defecation difficulty,fecal character,defecation time,anal distension feeling,defecation frequency and abdominal distension score of experimental group were lower than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.020).Conclusion:Sizi powder ironing nursing in mixed hemorrhoids after the application of good effect,can prevent constipation,improve defecation situation,improve patient satisfaction.
