摘要
随着深度合成技术的广泛应用,其安全、伦理、隐私风险日益凸显。系统梳理国内外相关的政策、法规和标准制定情况发现,构建深度合成风险防控标准体系十分必要且迫切。通过建立涵盖基础、技术、评测、应用和管理五个方面的深度合成风险防控标准体系,将大大提升深度合成技术的透明度和可信度,促进其创新和健康发展,有效防范技术滥用带来的安全风险,对保障国家安全、社会稳定、司法公正以及提高公众对深度合成技术的信任具有至关重要的作用。
As deep synthesis technology is widely applied,its safety,ethical,and privacy risks have become increasingly prominent.A systematic review of the status of relevant policies,regulations,and standards development at home and abroad has been conducted,which reveals that it is necessary and urgent to develop a standards system for risk prevention and control of deep synthesis.Establishing a system covering aspects of basis,technology,evaluation,application,and management will significantly enhance the transparency and credibility of deep synthesis technology,promote its innovative and healthy development,and effectively prevent the safety risks brought about by technology abuse.This is crucial for safeguarding national security,social stability,and judicial fairness,as well as enhancing public trust in deep synthesis technology.
