含高比例分布式光伏配电网过电压保护策略优化

摘要 针对大量分布式光伏接入配电网后在中午时段出力高峰期发生潮流倒送引起过电压问题,提出一种基于集群划分和Shapley值法分摊过电压责任的过电压保护策略。通过模块度指标对配电网进行集群划分,基于功率传输分布因子和电压灵敏度矩阵计算分布式光伏主体对线路潮流和节点电压的影响大小,采用Shapley值法分摊每一个分布式光伏主体的上网功率削减量,保证系统电压在正常水平范围内。采用改进IEEE33系统为算例,计算结果表明,所提模型能够保证电压在正常范围内较为公平地分摊各个分布式光伏主体上网功率削减量,并能够减少整个配电网系统总上网功率削减量和系统线路损耗。 This study addresses the overvoltage issues that occur during the peak output period at noon due to power flow reversal after a significant number of distributed photovoltaic(PV)systems are integrated into the distribution network.It proposes an overvoltage protection strategy based on cluster division and the Shapley value method for responsibility allocation of overvoltage.The approach commences with the segmentation of the distribution network into clusters using the modularity index.Then,by leveraging the power transmission distribution factor and the voltage sensitivity matrix,this study evaluates the influence of each distributed PV entity on the line power flow and node voltage.Utilizing the Shapley value method,it apportions the curtailment of grid-feeding power among each distributed PV entity proportionally to their impact,ensuring system voltage is maintained within normal parameters.Based on the improved IEEE33 system as a case study,the findings demonstrate that the proposed model effectively distributes the power reduction burden equitably among the distributed PV entities while minimizing the total system-wide power reduction and line losses throughout the distribution network.
