摘要
旨在揭示孵化期间不同强度绿光照对云岭红肉鸡雏鸡生长性能的影响,为孵化期利用绿光照提高雏鸡生长性能提供一定的依据。试验选取云岭红肉鸡种蛋512枚,并将其随机分为高强度绿光(HGL)组、中强度绿光(MGL)组、低强度绿光(LGL)组和对照(CL)组,每组128枚种蛋;HGL、MGL和LGL组的光照强度分别为250~475 lx、100~249 lx和25~99 lx,在种蛋孵化的0~18 d,每天连续24 h光照,CL组不进行任何光照处理;测定并分析各组雏鸡的体重、胸肌重量、体尺性状(体长、胸宽、胸深和胫骨长)和内脏器官(心脏、肝脏和肺)重量等生长指标。结果:同日龄雏鸡的体重、胸肌重量、体尺性状和内脏器官重总体呈现出“LGL组>MGL组>CL组>HGL组”的变化规律;与MGL、CL和HGL组相比,LGL组42日龄体重分别极显著提高193.65 g、232.60 g和271.73 g(P<0.01),胸肌重量分别极显著提高40.80 g、41.59 g和51.24 g(P<0.01),体长分别提高0.48 cm、1.78 cm和2.29 cm(P>0.05),肝脏重量分别提高2.30 g、2.43 g和2.45 g(P>0.05)。综上,种蛋孵化期间给予适宜强度(25~249 lx)绿光照有助于提高雏鸡的生长性能,尤以光照强度为25~99 lx的效果最佳。
The aim of this study was to reveal the effect of different green light illuminations during incubation on the growth performance of Yunling Red Broiler chicks,so as to provide some basis for improving the growth performance of the chicks using green light illumination.In our experiment,a total of 512 hatching eggs of Yunling red broilers were randomly divided into the high intensity green light(HGL),medium intensity green light(MGL),low intensity green light(LGL)and control(CL)groups,with 128 hatching eggs in each group.The light intensities of the HGL,MGL and LGL groups were 250-475 lx,100-249 lx and 25-99 lx,respectively;and the hatching eggs were exposed to the green lights for 24 h each day in the incubating period from days 0 to 18.The hatching eggs of the CL group were incubated without any light.Then,the body weight,breast muscle weight,body size traits(body length,chest width,chest depth and cannon bone length)and the weight of visceral organs(heart,liver and lung)of the chicks were measured and analyzed for each group.The results showed that the body weight,pectoral muscle weight,body size traits and weight of the visceral organs of the chicks at the same age showed a general trend of“LGL>MGL>CL>HGL”.In the 4 groups,compared with MGL,CL and HGL groups,the body weight at the age of 42 days in the LGL group was significantly increased by 193.65 g,232.60 g and 271.73 g(P<0.01),respectively;the breast muscle weight was significantly improved by 40.80 g,41.59 g and 51.24 g(P<0.01),respectively;the body length was insignificantly improved by 0.48 cm,1.78 cm and 2.29 cm(P>0.05),respectively;and the liver weight was insignificantly increased by 2.30 g,2.43 g and 2.45 g(P>0.05),respectively.These results indicated that continuous illumination during incubation using a reasonable green light intensity(25-249 lx)was advantageous in improving the growth performance of the chicks,and the effect was best when light intensity was 25-99 lx.
