摘要
改革开放后,中国的城镇发展速度在某种程度上超过了乡村,导致中国农村出现了“空心化”现象。“空心化”以农村劳动力大量外流,农村人口老龄化,农村多闲置建筑、土地为特征。随着二十大的召开,巩固脱贫攻坚成果成为全党高度重视的关键问题。本文以江西省九江市武宁县东山村为例,通过实地考察和资料的搜集整理,以二十大的精神为纲领,发现和总结了东山村“空心化”出现的原因并提出了治理路径和建议。
Along with the reform and opening up,to some extent,the speed of urban development in China exceeded that of the countryside,leading to the phenomenon of"hollowing out"in China's rural areas."Hollowing"is characterized by a large outflow of rural labor,an aging rural population,and a large number of idle buildings and land in rural areas.With the convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation has become a key issue to which the whole party attaches great importance.Taking Dongshan Village,Wuning County,Jiujiang City,Jiangxi Province as an example,this paper discovers and summarizes the reasons for the"hollowing"of Dongshan Village and takes the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China as the program to exploring the path and suggestions for“hollowing”governance.
