整合矿井老空水防治及探放水防卡钻技术研究

摘要 禹州市大刘山煤业有限公司是按照《河南省煤炭铝土矿资源整合实施方案》,由原于沟二矿新井、聂家沟西井和神通煤矿3个矿井资源整合而成,随着周边二1煤层的开采活动,形成了一定规模的采空区,由于老空水分布较广,并有废弃巷道,不排除局部积水的可能性。为此,大刘山煤业采取地面瞬变电磁、井下钻探相结合的工作方法开展工作,但是井下打钻过程中,在钻孔穿采空区期间经常出现卡钻现象,丢钻事故时有发生,导致打钻周期延长、成本增加。经矿井专业技术人员研究和分析,研制出防卡钻装置,有效解决了岩石破碎区域卡钻和丢钻事故的发生;此装置还具有一定的防偏斜功能,在提高打钻工效和保证钻孔施工质量的同时,节约了钻探成本。 Yuzhou Daliushan Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,is based on Implementation Plan for Integration of Coal and Bauxite Resources in Henan Province,which integrates the resources of the original Yugou Second Mine New Well,Niejiagou West Well,and Shentong Coal Mine.With the mining activities of the surroundingⅡ1 coal seam,a certain scale of goaf was formed.Due to the wide distribution of old goaf and the presence of abandoned roadways,the possibility of local water accumulation cannot be ruled out.Therefore,Daliushan Coal Industry adopted a combination of surface transient electromagnetic and underground drilling methods to carry out work,but during the process of underground drilling,there was often a phenomenon of stuck drill during the period of drilling through the goaf,and accidents of drilling loss occured from time to time,leading to an extension of the drilling cycle and an increase in costs.After research and analysis by professional technical personnel in the mine,an anti jamming device was developed,which can effectively solve the occurrence of stuck drill and drilling loss accidents in rock fragmentation areas.This device also has a certain degree of anti deviation function,which improves drilling efficiency and ensures drilling construction quality,while saving drilling costs.
