基于相似理论的风电机组主轴轴承结构参数对其应力的影响分析

摘要 针对大型风电机组主轴轴承的试验及可靠性评估周期长,成本高等问题,基于相似理论,以3种不同安装尺寸的双列调心滚子轴承为研究对象,基于仿真软件建立轴承有限元模型,在确保轴承安全的条件下分析了滚子数量、滚子长度以及轴承宽度对内、外圈和滚子最大应力以及承载滚子数的影响,并通过正交试验分析确定参数的敏感性,结果表明:最大应力在滚子上,内、外圈应力次之,对应力的影响程度由大到小依次为滚子长度、轴承宽度、滚子数量。保证轴承内径不变,适当改进滚子长度、轴承宽度、滚子数量,可有效提高轴承承载能力。 In response to the problems of long test and reliability evaluation cycles and high costs for large wind turbine main shaft bearings,based on similarity theory,taking three kinds of double row spherical roller bearings with different installation sizes as research objects.A finite element model of the bearings is established based on simulation software.While ensuring bearing safety,the effect of number of rollers,length of rollers and width of the bearings on maximum stress of inner and outer rings and number of loaded rollers is analyzed.The sensitivity of parameters is determined through orthogonal test analysis.The results show that the maximum stress is on rollers,followed by stress on inner and outer rings,and the degree of effect on stress is ranked from large to small as length of rollers,width of the bearings and number of rollers.The load capacity of the bearings can be effectively improved by keeping the inner diameter of the bearings unchanged and improving the length of rollers,width of the bearings and number of rollers appropriately.
