摘要
目的:探究不同剂量阿托伐他汀治疗缺血性脑血管病的临床效果。方法:将2022年1月—2023年4月建湖县人民医院诊治的70例缺血性脑血管病患者作为研究对象,按照双盲法分组,各组35例。对照组给予小剂量阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组给予大剂量阿托伐他汀治疗。对比两组临床治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血脂水平无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,两组各项血脂水平均下降,且观察组下降幅度更大(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸水平较对照组更低(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:针对缺血性脑血管病患者,给予大剂量阿托伐他汀治疗可增强临床疗效,改善患者血脂水平,减轻机体炎性反应,且不会增加不良反应,安全性较高。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of different doses of atorvastatin in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods:A total of 70 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted to Jianhu People's Hospital from January 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into groups according to double-blind method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low-dose atorvastatin,and the observation group was treated with highdose atorvastatin.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood lipid levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood lipid levels in the two groups decreased,and the decline in the observation group was greater(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein and homocysteine in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease,high-dose atorvastatin treatment can enhance clinical efficacy,improve blood lipid levels,relieve inflammatory reactions,and will not increase adverse reactions,with a high safety.
