摘要
目的探究综合性护理干预在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)心绞痛中的应用效果。方法随机选取2023年1—11月临沂市兰山区疾病预防控制中心诊疗的80例冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象,经信封法分为两组,对照组(n=40,常规性护理干预)、观察组(n=40,综合性护理干预)。比较两组生活质量、负性情绪评分及护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组生活质量、负性情绪均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为97.50%明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.135,P=0.013)。结论针对冠心病心绞痛患者实施综合性护理干预,可改善患者负性情绪,提高生活质量及满意度,应用效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in coronary heart disease(CHD)angina pectoris.Methods A total of 80 patients with CHD angina pectoris treated in Lanshan District Disease Prevention and Control Center in Linyi City from January to November 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects,they were divided into two groups by envelope method,the control group(n=40,routine nursing intervention)and the observation group(n=40,comprehensive nursing intervention).The quality of life,negative emotion score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the quality of life and negative emotion in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.135,P=0.013).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with CHD angina pectoris can improve negative emotions,quality of life and satisfaction of patients,and the application effect is remarkable.
