摘要
目的 探讨对终末期肾病患者采用维持性血液透析+西那卡塞治疗的有效性。方法 随机选取2020年1月—2023年5月沭阳中兴医院收治的64例终末期肾病患者为研究对象,根据投掷硬币法进行分组。参照组(32例)采用维持性血液透析;研究组(32例)在参照组基础上给予西那卡塞药物治疗;比较两组治疗效果。结果 治疗后,与参照组碱性磷酸酶(Alkaline Phosphatase, AKP)水平(101.29±14.95)U/L、全段甲状旁腺激素(Intact Parathyroid Hormone, iPTH)水平(329.65±47.35)ng/L比较,研究组AKP水平(81.32±6.41)U/L、iPTH水平(212.39±23.16)ng/L均较低,差异有统计学意义(t=6.944、12.584,P均<0.05)。治疗后,研究组炎性因子水平、肾功能指标、免疫功能指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 临床对终末期肾病患者在展开疾病治疗期间,将维持性血液透析方法以及西那卡塞治疗充分结合,可将患者的炎性反应、肾功能以及免疫功能等有效改善。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of maintenance hemodialysis+cinacalcet in patients with end-stage renal disease.Methods A total of 64 patients with end-stage renal disease admitted to Shuyang Zhongxing Hos-pital from January 2020 to May 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects and grouped according to the coin throwing method.The reference group(32 cases)was treated with maintenance hemodialysis.The study group(32 cases)was treated with cinacalcet on the basis of the reference group;the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,compared with the alkaline phosphatase(AKP)level(101.29±14.95)U/L and in-tact parathyroid hormone(iPTH)level(329.65±47.35)ng/L in the reference group,the AKP level(81.32±6.41)U/L and iPTH level(212.39±23.16)ng/L in the study group were lower,the differences were statistically significant(t=6.944,12.584,both P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors,renal function indexes and immune function indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of end-stage renal disease,the combination of maintenance hemodialysis and cinacalcet therapy can effectively improve the inflammatory response,renal function and immune function of patients.
