摘要
目的:探讨穴位贴敷结合高频振荡通气对支原体肺炎患儿的护理效果.方法:选取2022年10至2023年10月本院收治的78例支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象.采用随机数表法将其分为研究组(n=39,给予穴位贴敷结合高频振荡通气治疗)和对照组(n=39,给予高频振荡通气治疗).比较两组患者临床症状消失时间,中医证候评分,不良反应发生情况以及护理满意度.结果:干预后,研究组患者气喘、咳嗽、发热消失时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组患者主证评分、次证评分、总分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).研究组护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:穴位贴敷结合高频振荡通气可缩短支原体肺炎患儿临床症状消失时间,降低中医证候评分,不会增加不良反应,可提高护理满意度.
Objective:To explore the nursing effect of acupoint application combined with high frequency oscillation ventilation on children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods:A total of 78 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into study group(n=39,received acupoint application combined with high frequency oscillation ventilation)and control group(n=39,received high frequency oscillation ventilation).Compare the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,Traditional Chinese Medical syndrome score,occurrence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction.Results:After the intervention,the duration of asthma,cough and fever in study group were shorter than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The primary syndrome score,secondary syndrome score and total score of study group were all lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in the overall incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The total satisfaction rate of study group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The acupoint application combined with high-frequency oscillation ventilation can shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in children with mycoplasma pneumonia,reduce the TCM syndrome score,will not increase the adverse reactions,and can promote the improvement of nursing satisfaction.
