摘要
随着互联网技术、数字化需求的快速发展以及国家政策的大力推动,BIM技术及5D平台的不断完善,建筑工程领域从业人员愈发重视信息化在项目中的应用。医疗建筑在设计阶段具有功能流线交错、机电管线复杂等特点,在施工阶段参建单位多,协调管理难度大。结合医疗综合体实际工程案例,分析项目的难点,在设计阶段采用BIM正向设计,为建筑提供全生命周期信息化基础数据,在此基础上进行风模拟、疏散模拟以及三维管线综合。在施工阶段利用5D软件平台,实现技术、生产、质量、安全、成本等系统的集成管理。实现了信息共享、信息传递、数字建造,提高设计和施工阶段的作业效率及准确性,为建设单位节省不必要的变更及建设费用。
With the rapid development of Internet technology and digital demand,as well as the vigorous promotion of national policies,and the continuous improvement of BIM technology and 5D platform,practitioners in the field of construction engineering are increasingly paying attention to the application of informatization in projects.In the design stage,medical buildings have the characteristics of staggered function lines and complex electromechanical pipelines,and in the construction stage,there are many participating units and it is difficult to coordinate management.Combined with the actual project case of medical complex,the difficulties of the project are analyzed,and BIM forward design is adopted in the design stage to provide the basic information data for the whole life cycle of the building.On this basis,the wind simulation,evacuation simulation,and 3D pipeline synthesis are conducted.During the construction phase,5D software platform is used to realize the integrated management of technology,production,quality,safety and cost systems.It realizes information sharing,information transmission,digital construction,and improves work efficiency and accuracy in design and construction stages,and saves unnecessary changes and construction costs for the construction unit.
