摘要
战略人力资源管理理论认为,人力资源管理活动对于组织绩效十分重要。当前,新一轮国企改革深化行动正在展开,对国有企业高质量发展提出新要求。实现高质量发展的战略目标,需要有效的战略人力资源管理做支撑。以总部位于上海的某电力设备领域国有大型综合性装备制造产业集团P集团为例,对深化改革背景下的装备制造业国有企业战略人力资源管理进行研究,探讨如何推动国有企业传统人力资源管理工作面向战略转型,以满足战略发展需要。论述了战略人力资源管理理论内涵,分析了P集团人力资源管理战略,并介绍了P集团战略人力资源管理的探索。
Strategic human resource management theory believes that human resource management activity is important for organizational performance.At present,a new round of deepening the reform of state-owned enterprise is being launched,putting forward new requirement for the high-quality development of state-owned enterprise.To achieve the strategic goal of high-quality development,effective strategic human resource management is needed.Taking Group P,a large state-owned comprehensive equipment manufacturing industry group headquartered in Shanghai,as an example,the strategic human resource management of state-owned enterprise in the equipment manufacturing industry under the background of deepening reform was studied,and how to promote the strategic transformation of traditional human resource management of state-owned enterprise to meet the needs of strategic development was discussed.The theoretical connotation of strategic human resource management was discussed,the human resource management strategy of Group P was analyzed,and the exploration of strategic human resource management of Group P was introduced.
