摘要
针对现有钻机绞车强制冷却系统经常出现的回水不及现象,分析了原因,并对钻机绞车强制冷却系统进行优化设计。通过供水管线核算、回水管线核算、设备散热匹配,确认优化设计的钻机绞车强制冷却系统满足要求。
In view of the phenomenon that the forced cooling system of the existing drilling rig winch often has insufficient backwater,the reason was analyzed,and the forced cooling system of the drilling rig winch was optimized.Through the calculation of water supply pipeline,the calculation of water return pipeline,and equipment heat dissipation,it is confirmed that the optimized forced cooling system of the drilling rig winch meets the requirement.
