摘要
此文总结眼病病因病机、黄元御治则治法及眼病制方用药思想,并选择医案进行介绍,探讨黄元御治疗眼病的用药特点及对目病治疗的指导意义。黄元御著作《四圣心源》为其学术精华,乾隆皇帝曾亲书“仁道药济”“妙悟岐黄”。《四圣心源》中对脏腑枢轴运动思想进行了详细讲述,黄元御认为眼生理上为清阳之门户,标在浊气逆冲,本在脾陷胃逆,根在土湿水寒,记载具体治疗方法包括“培土泻湿”“疏木清风”“温阳降逆”,其治疗方法影响了后世诸多眼科医家,为后世医家广泛传承。通过学习其眼病诊疗思想,有利于完善、丰富学术理论及临床治疗思维。
This paper summarized the etiology and pathogenesis of eye diseases,the treatment of Huang Yuanyu and the idea of prescription and medication of eye diseases,and introduced the selection of medical cases to explore the characteristics of Huang Yuanyu’s treatment of eye diseases and its guiding significance for the treatment of eye diseases.Sisheng Xinyuan of Huang Yuanyu is his academic essence.Emperor Qianlong wrote“Benevolence and Medicine Aid”and“Understanding Qihuang”in person.Sisheng Xinyuan provides a detailed account of the thoughts on the movement of the visceral axis.Huang Yuanyu believed that the eyes were the gateway to clearing yang physiologically,marked by the reversal of turbid qi,originally due to the spleen sinking and stomach inversion,and rooted in the soil dampness and water cold.The specific treatment methods recorded include“cultivating soil to relieve dampness”,“dispersing wood to clear wind”,and“warming yang to reduce inversion”.His treatment methods have influenced many ophthalmologists in later generations and have been widely inherited by them.By studying his thoughts on eye disease diagnosis and treatment,it is beneficial to improve and enrich academic theory and clinical treatment thinking.
