摘要
目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白、β2微球蛋白、尿微量白蛋白联合检测糖尿病肾病的诊断价值。方法回顾性选取2023年1—12月昆明市中医医院收治的40例早期糖尿病肾病患者及40例单纯糖尿病患者的临床资料,观察组为糖尿病肾病患者,对照组为单纯糖尿病患者。比较两组超敏C反应蛋白、血β2微球蛋白和尿微量白蛋白水平,并分别计算超敏C反应蛋白、血β2微球蛋白和尿微量白蛋白单独与联合诊断早期糖尿病肾病的灵敏度、特异度及曲线下面积。结果观察组超敏C反应蛋白、血β2微球蛋白和尿微量白蛋白水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。超敏C反应蛋白,血β2微球蛋白、尿微量白蛋白三者联合诊断的灵敏度、特异度、曲线下面积均高于单独诊断。结论早期糖尿病肾病患者超敏C反应蛋白、血β2微球蛋白、尿微量白蛋白水平均升高,三者联合检测具有较好的诊断价值。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of combined detection of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,β2 microglobulin and urinary microalbumin in diabetic nephropathy.Methods Clinical data of 40 patients with early dia-betic nephropathy and 40 patients with simple diabetes admitted to Kunming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medi-cine from January to December 2023 were retrospectively selected.The observation group was diabetic nephropathy,and the control group was simple diabetes.Compared two groups of hypersensitive C-reactive protein,β2 microglobu-lin,blood and urine trace albumin levels.The sensitivity,specificity and area under the curve of hypersensitive C-reactive protein,bloodβ2 microglobulin and urine trace albumin alone and combined diagnosis of early diabetic ne-phropathy were calculated.Results The levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,bloodβ2 microglobulin and uri-nary microalbumin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and area under the curve of combined diagnosis of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,bloodβ2 microglobulin and urinary microalbumin were higher than those of single diag-nosis.Conclusion The levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,bloodβ2 microglobulin and urinary microalbu-min in patients with early diabetic nephropathy were increased,and the combined detection of the three had better di-agnostic value.
