摘要
目的为了评估康柏西普联合复方血栓通胶囊及复方樟柳碱注射液在治疗糖尿病视网膜病变性黄斑水肿的疗效观察。方法取2021年01月至2022年10月份在哈尔滨二四二医院眼科确诊的糖尿病视网膜病变性黄斑水肿患者,共30人,60例眼,患者分为两组:对照组给予玻璃体腔内注射康柏西普(0.05ml),每个月一次;实验组同样给予康柏西普0.05ml玻璃体腔内注射,同时联合复方樟柳碱注射液2ml颞浅动脉皮下注射,并于首次注射后口服复方血栓通胶囊0.5g,每个月一次,持续三个月,治疗并共随访三个月,回顾性治疗分析治疗后1、2、3个月后患者黄斑中心凹厚度(CMT)、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)的变化。结果两组在治疗1、2、3三个月后黄斑中心凹厚度明显低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),最佳矫正视力明显高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组在各个时间点最佳矫正视力及黄斑中心凹厚度改善幅度明显大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方血栓通胶囊口服联合复方樟柳碱注射液及康柏西普在治疗糖尿病视网膜病变性黄斑水肿效果更好,能明显提高最佳矫正视力的作用。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of combercept combined with compound xueshuantong capsule and compound anisodine injection in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy macular edema.Methods From January 2021 to October 2022,60 eyes of 30 patients with diabetic retinopathy macular edema were from the Department of Ophthalmology,Harbin 242 hospital,patients in the control group were given intravitreal injection of combercept(0.05 ml)once a month,while patients in the experimental group were also given intravitreal injection of combercept(0.05 ml),at the same time,compound anisodine injection(2 ml)was injected into superficial temporal artery and after the first injection,compound xueshuantong capsule(0.5 g),once a month for three months,treatment and were followed up for a total of three months,the changes of macular fovea thickness.(CMT)and best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)were analyzed retrospectively 1,2,3 months after treatment.Results After treatment for 1,2,3 months,the macular fovea thickness in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).The best corrected visual acuity was significantly higher than that before treatment,the best corrected visual acuity and macular fovea thickness in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group at each time point(P<0.05).Conclusions Compound xueshuantong capsule combined with compound anisodine injection and combercept is more effective in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy macular edema and can significantly improve the best corrected visual acuity.
