摘要
针对大庆油田低温集输工况下采出水处理站过滤段滤料污染过滤起始压差升高,以及外输水质变差的情况,探索开展适应低温工况的滤料反冲洗再生工艺。通过在室内开展滤后水提温反冲洗滤料试验,开展对已建反冲洗工艺和试验反冲洗工艺下的污染滤料再生效果、滤前水污染物去除率和过滤起始压差研究及评价实验。提温反冲洗提高滤料再生效果明显,且随提温反冲洗温度和反冲洗时间的增加而显著提高。试验证实了在60℃提温反冲洗条件下,再生后的滤料表面含油量仅为1.13%,过滤段含油去除率达82.83%,悬浮固体去除率达73.04%,过滤起始压差始终保持在15 kPa以下。试验结果表明,提温反冲洗能够大幅提高低温工况下污染滤料再生效果,降低反冲洗后滤料表面残余含油量及杂质含量,提高过滤段对低温污水污染物的去除效率,为低温集输工况下油田采出水处理站过滤罐滤料再生提供技术支撑。
In response to the pollution of the filter material in the filtration section of the produced water treatment station under low-temperature gathering and transportation conditions in Daqing Oil-field,the initial pressure difference of filtration increases,and the quality of the exported water deterio-rates,the development of a filter material backwashing regeneration process that adapts to low-temper-ature conditions is explored.Indoor experiments on the filtered water temperature rise backwashing filter material are conducted,and the regeneration effect of polluted filter material,the removal rate of pol-lutants in pre-filtration water,and the initial pressure difference of filtration under the existing back-washing process and experimental backwashing process are studied.The experiment shows that the tem-perature rise backwashing significantly improves the regeneration effect of the filter material,and it sig-nificantly increases with the increase of temperature rise backwashing temperature and backwashing time.The experiment confirmed that under the condition of 60℃temperature rise backwashing,the surface oil content of the regenerated filter material is only 1.63%,the oil removal rate of the filtration section is 82.83%,the suspended solid removal rate is 73.04%,and the initial pressure difference of filtration is al-ways maintained below 15 kPa.The experimental results show that temperature rise backwashing can significantly improve the regeneration effect of polluted filter materials under low-temperature condi-tions,reduce the residual oil and impurity content on the surface of the filter materials after backwash-ing,improve the removal efficiency of low-temperature sewage pollutants in the filtration section,and provide technical support for the regeneration of filter materials in the filter tank of oilfield produced wa-ter treatment station under low-temperature gathering and transportation conditions.
