不同煤层倾角条件下巷道围岩破坏特征及支护技术研究

摘要 七五煤业43下06工作面运输巷在生产期间断面收敛严重,影响安全生产,采用数值模拟、现场监测等手段研究了不同煤层倾角下巷道围岩破坏特征,并获得其破坏规律。结果表明,巷道垂直位移量及塑性区破坏面积随着煤层倾角的增大而增加,呈正相关;巷道围岩塑性破坏形态,随煤层倾角的增加,由对称分布状态转化为非对称分布状态,且主要以剪切拉伸破坏为主。采用锚杆、锚索加钢丝网方式进行加强支护,经现场监测,巷道围岩变形在40 d左右趋于稳定,巷道顶板下沉量>两帮收敛量>底鼓量,其最大位移量分别53mm、42mm、40mm,有效控制了巷道围岩变形,提高巷道服务质量。 The transportation roadway in the 43lower06 working face of Qiwu Coal Industry has severe section convergence during production period,which affects safety production.Numerical simulation,on-site monitoring and other methods are used to study the failure characteristics of the roadway surrounding rock under different coal seam dipping angles,and their failure patterns are obtained.The results show that the vertical displacement amount of the roadway and the failure area of plastic zone increase positively with the increase of coal seam dipping angle;The plastic failure form of the roadway surrounding rock changes from a symmetric distribution state to an asymmetric distribution state with the increase of the coal seam dipping angle,and is mainly shear tensile failure.The reinforcement support is carried out using ways of anchor rods,anchor cables,and steel wire mesh.After on-site monitoring,the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock tends to stabilize around 40 days,with the subsidence amount of the roadway roof>convergence amount of the two sides>floor heave amount.The maximum displacement amounts are 53 mm,42 mm,and 40 mm,respectively,effectively controlling the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock and improving the quality of the roadway service.
