摘要
《义勇军进行曲》诞生于伟大的抗战时期,是彼时流行于内地的爱国歌曲。这首歌曲由藏族近代史上著名的康巴爱国人士格桑泽仁先生和法尊法师于20世纪30年代合译成为藏文,其翻译可谓通俗易懂、表达准确。抗战时期,受内地抗日爱国思潮及抗日救亡运动的影响,格桑泽仁先生自愿组织成立了以旅居内地的藏族高僧大德、官员、学生为主体的抗日救亡团体,并把当时流行于内地的《义勇军进行曲》翻译为藏文,意在向广大涉藏地区的民众揭示日本的侵略本质,号召共赴国难,一致抗日。藏语版《义勇军进行曲》不仅是这一时期汉藏翻译的缩影,而且彰显出在国难当头中华民族强大的凝聚力和向心力,极具时代意义和翻译价值。
"March of the Volunteers"was born during the great Anti-Japanese War and was a popular patriotic song in the mainland at that time.The song was translated into Tibetan in the 1930s by Mr.Bskal-bzang-tshe-ring and Master Fazun,both were famous patriots in Khams area in modern Tibetan history,the translation is easy to understand and accurate.During the Anti-Japanese War,under the influence of the anti-Japanese patriotic trend and the anti-Japanese national salvation movement in the Mainland,Mr.Bskal-bzang-tshe-ring voluntarily organized an anti-Japanese national salvation group composed mainly of Tibetan monks,officials and students living in the mainland,and translated the March of the Volunteers,which was popular in the mainland at that time,into Tibetan,aiming to reveal the nature of Japanese aggression to the masses of people involved in Tibetan areas,and call on them to go through a national disaster together and unitedly resist against Japanese aggression.The Tibetan version of"March of the Volunteers"is not only the epitome of Sino-Tibetan translation in this period,but also demonstrates the strong cohesion and centripetal force of the Chinese nation at the time of the national crisis,which is of great significance and translation value.
