摘要
为农业科研人员提供良好的科研文献查询环境,简化文献资料借阅流程,避免在文献查询上耗费过多的精力,是当前农业科研院所图书管理工作的重点。文章介绍了农业科研院所图书馆现状,分析了信息化技术在农业科研院所图书管理应用中存在的问题,阐述了农业科研院所图书馆信息化管理的优势,并从系统培训图书管理人员、完善图书馆管理办法、增加个性化服务内容等方面探索了信息化背景下提升农业科研院所图书馆管理水平的途径。
Providing agricultural researchers with a good research literature query environment,simplifying the process of literature borrowing and reading,and avoiding spending too much energy on literature query are the focuses of current library management in agricultural research institutes.The article introduced the current situation of libraries in agricultural research institutes,analyzed the problems existing in the application of information technology in the library management of agricultural research institutes,and pointed out the advantages of information management in the libraries of agricultural research institutes.It also investigated the ways to improve the management level of libraries in agricultural research institutes under the background of information technology from the aspects of systematic training of librarians,perfecting library management methods,and increasing the content of personalized services.
