摘要
功能性腹泻属中医“泄泻”范畴,西药治疗该病具有一定的局限性,因复发率较高,是目前亟待解决的难题。清代著名医家叶天士学验俱丰,其对“泄泻”的诊疗造诣颇深。叶氏在“泄泻”病案的诊治中论治精当,勤求古训,在实践中形成了鲜明的叶氏特色,且“泄泻”论治的思想对后世具有指导意义。中药治疗功能性腹泻药简力专、效若桴鼓,本文结合叶氏治疗“泄泻”疾病的学术思想,以期为临床医师有效诊疗功能性腹泻提供思路。
Functional diarrhea belongs to the category of"diarrhea"in Traditional Chinese Medicine,Western medicine has certain limitations in the treatment of this disease,and the high recurrence rate of this disease is a difficult problem to be solved.YE Tianshi,a famous doctor in Qing Dynasty,had a lot of knowledge and experience,and his attainments in the diagnosis and treatment of diarrhea were quite deep.In the diagnosis and treatment of diarrhea cases,YE's theory and treatment were precise,and he frequently sought the ancient teachings,which formed distinctive characteristics of YE's in practice.In this paper,combined with YE's academic thought of treating diarrhea disease,the author elucidates the simple and specific effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in treating functional diarrhea,which provides a new way for clinicians to effectively treat functional diarrhea.
