摘要
建构主义理论强调内在动力驱动,是近年来应用在教学课程实践中的主要理论之一。依据建构主义理论的教学思想,以经管通识类课程建设为例,具体阐释如何结合情境、协作、会话和意义建构等四个属性,通过设置培养目标、翻转课堂、情景设置、团队小组协作等环节做好课程建构的原则、过程。最后引申到经管通识类课程的教学改革启示为:充分发挥经管通识类课程知行意相协同的优势、积极构建有利于深化内在驱动力教学的模拟情境、在建构过程中要积极引领学生去感知感悟通识课程素质教育的精髓、教师教研积累有利于深化教学改革的深度和厚度。
Constructivism theory emphasizes the internal driving force,which is one of the main theories applied in the practice of teaching courses in recent years.Based on the teaching thought of constructivism theory,this paper takes the construction of general courses of economics and management as an example to explain how to combine the four attributes of situation,cooperation,conversation and meaning construction,and how to set up the principles and processes of curriculum construction by setting up training objectives,flipping classrooms,setting scenarios,teamwork and other links.Finally,the teaching reform enlightenment extended to the general courses of economics and management is as follows:give full play to the advantages of the coordination of knowledge,behavior and intention of the general courses of economics and management,actively construct a simulated situation conducive to deepening the teaching of internal driving force,teachers should actively lead students to perceive the essence of quality education in general courses in the process of construction,and teachers'teaching and research accumulation is conducive to deepening the depth and thickness of teaching reform.
