摘要
在当前城市更新的语境下,城市的发展阶段由“增量扩张”过渡到“存量优化”。提升我国建筑设计管理水平,以更好地满足人民群众对美好生活的向往,是推进城市高质量发展的当务之急。本文深入分析当前我国建筑设计管理存在的主要问题,探讨新形势下加强建筑设计管理的思路和对策,包括构建具有中国特色的建筑设计价值理论体系、完善建筑设计法规制度体系、发挥好城市设计的管控和引导作用、完善建筑工程设计方案审查制度、加快培养建筑师全过程管控能力等,以期为进一步完善建筑设计管理体制机制提供参考。
In the current context of urban renewal,the development stage of the city has changed from“incremental expansion”to“stock optimization”.To meet the aspirations of the people for a better life,it is imperative to improve the level of architectural design management,so as to promote high-quality urban development.This paper deeply analyzes the main challenges existing in the current architectural design management in China,and explores the ideas and countermeasures for strengthening architectural design management in the new era,including building a theoretical system of architectural design value tailored to the nation’s context,enhancing the architectural design regulatory framework,giving full play to the control and guidance role of urban design,improving the review system of architectural design schemes,and accelerating the cultivation of architects’whole-process control capabilities,so as to provide reference for further improving the system and mechanism of architectural design management.
